Understanding the CAUSES of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and most other health problems (called DISEASES)
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” Thomas Edison
Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are two of the most debilitating illnesses of the modern era, they are largely thought to be incurable. Incurable? Not necessarily so, according to Dr. Bruce A. Nelson, Jr.
The son of Bruce and Ruth Nelson of Great Falls, Montana. Dr. Nelson relates that, “My mother was a health nut decades before it was fashionable. In the 1950’s she read all of the health books and went to the Health Food Stores. She had a photographic mind, so she remembered all of the things that she read. People would call her from all over the country and tell her of their symptoms. She would recommend the natural nutrition that they should buy from the Health Food Stores."
“This is why I became a healer,” says Dr. Nelson. He and his two brothers and his two sisters husbands, became Doctors of Chiropractic. “We would try and stump Mom, with our knowledge, as we learned new things, however, she always knew about it and could explain a lot to us. Like many of us, we were told by Mom, “Never Say, Never.” So when someone says there is something incurable, I would say, “Never Say, Never.”
When he was 13 years old, he tells, “I was at football practice, and felt like I was coming down with the flu. I went home and came down with Mononucleosis. It was the Epstein - Barr virus, or The Kissing Disease, as it was called then and I was teased. I was out of school for months. I had a fever that the doctors could not break for weeks. At the hospital they put me in a room and took my cloths off. They turned the air conditioning on high, to try and break my fever. When it finally broke, I was home in bed for months. I remember sleeping all the time and being so weak, that I couldn’t walk to the bathroom. I either crawled on my hands and knees, or rolled along the wall. So I have some knowledge of how the people with chronic fatigue feel.”
Dr. Nelson believes that stress overload is the beginning of all diseases, including Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Dr. Hans Selye was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, for his revealing work on how stress imbalances the body, specifically the adrenal glands. Dr. Nelson has expanded on his work, to the benefit of his patients.
“Stress comes in various forms: pregnancy, trauma (like an automobile accident), infections, allergies, surgery, emotional pressure, exposure to heat or cold, allopathic drug reactions, etc. Basically, these stresses push our body to the edge of its elastic limit. If we rebound from these stresses successfully, then we can go back to being normal and healthy. If not, our body is overcome by the stresses and we begin sliding down a slippery slope that ends in illness. It is important to realize that all illnesses (diseases) result from this process.”
Dr. Nelson explains further, “Stress overwhelms the adrenal glands, which become imbalanced electrically or energetically.
If a gland is not functioning at 100%, it cannot do its job, as effective as it should. After the adrenal gland is affected, if the stressors continue, it begins a domino effect; eventually the liver, thymus or spleen is affected. They constitute the majority of the immune system, hence our immune system suffers and we become susceptible to infections that our body can not get rid of and often don’t even know that we have. In fact, I typically find two or more infections that are deep seated, in patients that have any disease, even though they have been on lots of antibiotics. Unfortunately, all diseases, including Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, are usually more than just balancing the immune system.
Besides effecting the adrenal glands, in my opinion, stressors also cause the body’s PH (which should be about 7.4) to drop below 7, or normal. Below normal is acidic. This is where the entire problem begins. If you get an, infection your PH goes to about 6.8. All terminal ill patients PH is about 4.1. To explain further, When you breath in oxygen, it attaches to the red blood cells. The blood than carries the oxygen throughout the body to all of our cells. When the oxygen reaches the cell, if it is alkaline inside the cell, than the oxygen does what it is suppose to do. Revitalize the cell and keep it happy and in good working order. However, if it is acidic inside the cell. It cuts the oxygen cell in half and creates lactic acid. This is the same as when you work out hard and your muscles hurt. There is lactic acid in the muscles. Over time, as the lactic acid leaves the muscles, the pain goes away. The cell is not healthy and to continue being unhealhy! They can cause problems, like mutation of the cell. "So the first thing I do with a patient, when I know that they are acidic, is to alkalize them."
Dr. Nelson says, “I am an old Montana Cowboy, and the breakdown of our bodies has to be simple to understand.” He explains his interpretation of the loss of health. It makes sense and is simple.
"After the stressors, in my opinion, there are only two things that can happen. Something comes into the body that is not supposed to be there, or something goes out of the body that is supposed to be in."
The main things that come into our bodies are:
| |
1- Parasites |
|
6- Heavy Metals |
| |
2- Allergies |
|
7- Candida |
| |
3- Emotions |
|
8- Yeast |
| |
4- Infections |
|
9- Fungus |
| |
5- Toxins |
|
10- Mold |
The main things that go out of our bodies are:
1- Nutrition
2- Structural (bones go out, muscle spasm)
3-Energetically (energy circuits, systems and chakras)
"These are the causes of over 90% of all of our health problems.
They cause symptoms, which we have put names of diseases to. The causes though are overlooked." according to Dr. Nelson.
Dr. Nelson's explanation, “What happens when we get one or more of the things that come into our body, say in our gums? The gums get red and puffy. They may even crack and bleed. We normally think of infection, however, it can be any of the other causes."
So let’s name a few diseases and see what we have learned.
Arthritis
The word means inflammation of the joints.
What is the cause? “I have treated patients for all of the things that come in. Usually the parasites cause the knuckles to get big and the fingers to become deformed. However, it can be any of the other causes. The mold does not seem to cause the deformity, but just causes the hands to hurt and you can not use them very well."
Migraine headaches, seizures
Does it make sense that there is something in the brain that shouldn’t be there? Yes! "You can have discs out in your spine; the bones may be out in your neck, jaw or skull, also.
I had the million dollar man come to see me. The seizures started at about 18 years old. He had 6 to 9 granmal seizures per day. The insurance companies had paid out over 1 million dollars on him. He was in his 40’s and had gotten them down to 5 per week, through natural means. He had 3 infections and parasites in his brain.
The infections, work like the flu. The flu activates and deactivates itself. You wake up in the morning and feel like you do not have the flu. But by 5 at night, you are back in the bed with the sweats and fever again. So you still had the flu.
This is just my understanding of how it works. So the infection in the brain activates itself, like in the gums. There is a swelling which causes a constriction of the capillaries and arteries. This than can be cause of the migraine headaches and seizures."
Restless Leg Syndrome
"I had a lady who was 67 years old come to see me. Since she was 10 years old, or for 57 years, her calf muscles would spasm every night and keep her awake. We found an influenza that had caused her all the problems for 57 years. After finding the cause and getting rid of it, in two weeks she was sleeping all night."
Fibromyalgia
The word means algia (pain) fibro (fibers) my (Muscles). It describes what is happening, but does not tell the cause or causes. It affects more than 30 million people in the United States. It is characterized by otherwise unexplained chronic pain, fatigue, stiffness and swelling in the muscles, accompanied by tenderness in at least 11 of 18 points on the body. Other symptoms may include: numbness and tingling in the extremities, painful menstruation, skin discoloration on the hands and feet, restless leg syndrome and dryness of mouth, nose, eyes and more. More than 80 percent of the people diagnosed with fibromyalgia are women between the ages of 35 and 60.
"I say if you have 10 tender spots or 1 you going to have pain in the fibers of the muscles. Yes, that is fibromyalgia. Will it be the same cause or causes as if you had 15 or 18? Yes, it would."
When fibromyalgia patients come to me, I can usually tell what they have. If they have a burning feeling, in the muscles. It is usually a bacterial or viral infection. If they have parasites, the pain seems to migrate from place to place throughout the body.
If they have the feeling of pins, needles, or stabbing pain it is usually toxins, or heavy metals.
Structurally
When bones are out of place there is pain. Pain between the shoulder blades is usually the ribs out. Pain in the hips and knees is usually the bones of the leg and knees are out. "Often times on the very first visit, when I put these back into place the pain goes away. I have had people walking up and down my steps in tears. The first time they have walked without pain in years."
Asthma
Dr. Nelson says, "Bones are out of place. Usually in about 3 treatments, I can help the person. "
Nutrition is about 70% of the reason for hospitalizations. Heart attacks, strokes and even cancer can be contributed to poor nutrition. Almost everyone knows what can happen when we are low on calcium. We get muscle cramps. By taking calcium the muscle cramps go away. Being low in some other vitamins and minerals can deeply affect the muscles in a negative way.
Linus Pauling said that in all disease you will find the lack of minerals. There are over 150 diseases linked to a lack of minerals. "In my opinion, the main cause is “parasites.” says Dr. Nelson. Over 85% of all North Americans have parasites. The parasites eat vitamins and minerals. "If you have chronic fatigue syndrome and you look pasty white, or have a lack color in your face, you are probably anemic, which usually means you have parasites. They are eating the iron and B12 in your body. As well as other vitamins and minerals. These people go to the hospital and get Iron and B12 shots. They feel better for awhile, but eventually get tired again. Guess what, the cause, or parasites are still there depleting the body of the vitamins they just received."
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Characterized by otherwise unexplained overwhelming fatigue, which persists longer than six months. It may also include related symptoms such as difficulty with memory and concentration, swollen lymph nodes, muscle and joint pain, headaches and restless sleeping.
"You can see from what we have discussed so far, that it in any health problem it is generally not just one cause, but a number of causes." Dr. Nelson explains.
Energetically the Chinese have known for 5,000 years about the importance of energetic/electrical balance in the body. "I know that after our body reaches a point, like an overload on an electrical wire, we start blowing our fuses. These would be the energy circuits, systems and chakras (energy reservoirs) in our body. Everyone that is sick, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome will have these blown. This is like taking an arch welder and putting it into the bathroom. When you turn it on, you blow the light in the bathroom, hallway and one bedroom, because they are on the same circuit. When you go flip the switch to the connection at the fuse box, they all come back on at the same time."
According to Dr. Nelson, "The palm of your hand is positive and the back of your hand is negative. I questioned for years, what if there are more polarities. By working with patients I have developed a procedure to balance, on over 20 polarities that I have discovered, the circuits, systems, and chakras."
"As you read the testimonies, you will see that I have helped people sleeping up to 20 hours a day."
According to Dr. Nelson, he basically does 4 things for his clients when they go through his clinic. These 4 things are what need to be done with every person that has health problems.
1. ALKALIZE the body. You need to get out of the acidic state. This will help your body to heal itself. All things that come into your body love to live in the acidic state.
(Click on the button below to order what Dr. Nelson uses to alkalize the body.)
2. CLEANSE the body. Cleanse the body of the things that have come into it which are not supposed to be there. That would include: allergies, parasites, emotions, infections, toxins, heavy metals, Candida, yeast, fungus, and mold.
3. NOURISH the body. Nourish the body of the missing vitamins and minerals. This helps the body to recover and may be the main cause of your health problems.
4. BALANCE the body.
A. Structurally – putting the discs and bones back where they are suppose to be and getting the muscles out of spasm.
B. Electrically – balancing the energy circuits,
Systems and chakras.
